Legal experience

Over 500 adoptions, which have included private adoptions, agency adoptions, agency representation, interstate adoptions, step-parent adoptions, re-adoptions, international adoptions, and contested adoptions. Other legal experience has included: guardianships;custody; probate; wills; general business and corporate law; real estate; bankruptcy; litigation; contracts; software license agreements; international business transactions; and other areas of general practice.
